A digital receipt without giving up your customer relationship.
Receipt Out is being designed as receipt-delivery infrastructure, not a replacement for a retailer's checkout, loyalty program or app.
Reduce unnecessary printing
Customers who prefer a digital receipt should not need a paper copy by default. A reliable digital destination can help reduce paper use, printer interventions and discarded receipts.
Keep your brand attached
A Receipt Out receipt can preserve the retailer's identity and can link customers back to retailer-controlled experiences such as returns, reordering, loyalty and support.
Privacy is part of the product
Receipt Out is not being built as a marketplace for selling shoppers' item-level purchase histories. Retailer and customer trust have to be foundational for a universal receipt network to work.
Integration goal
The long-term technical model is a small, standardized receipt payload sent after checkout. Receipt Out handles delivery and storage while the retailer retains its existing transaction and customer systems.
Pilot approach
We expect early retailer partnerships to begin with contained pilots so delivery reliability, checkout impact, opt-in rates and printing reduction can be measured before broader deployment.
